Dutch visitors

Every year we welcome colleagues from the Netherlands who come to london based schools which have been vetted by the programme as worthy of dissemination. This year's focus was on inclusion and we welcomed 2 sets of visitors; a set of teachers and then a set of headteachers two weeks later.

Alfons (Programme Director for the visit) gave this feedback this year;

'Good morning, Mary and Claire,

I’m back home again in the Netherlands and I’m looking back to 2 great weeks in Newham. The colleagues that I took with me came back inspired thanks to your hospitality and wonderful explanations. I can assure you that colleagues were very positive about the visit. I want to thank you very much for the time you took to receive them and your passion about good education for all the children. This is really important for our process of more inclusion in the Netherlands'.
