Results & Performance

When children join the school in Reception they complete a Reception Baseline Assessment (RBA) in their first 6 weeks. These are a series of activities use to gather information on your child's development on entry into the school. Children undertake tests and tasks at the end of year 2 (these are not statutory anymore), when they are 7 and then again at the end of Year 6 (these are statutory), when they are 11. These results are used to inform teachers of the strengths and areas for development for your child as they move into the next Key Stage.
